The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World is an anime adaptation of the Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoshi Nakayoshi. The story follows Togo Asagaki, the fearless leader of Earth’s sentai team, who transforms into the superhero Kizuna Red. During a heated battle with his arch-nemesis, the Breakup King, Togo is accidentally transported to a fantastical world—and with no way home, his adventure truly begins.
In this new realm, Togo teams up with a colorful cast of companions: Yihdra Arvoln, a determined sorceress striving to restore her family’s honor; Princess Teltina Liz Wagrel Alvarost, a noble on a mission to stop the spread of demon seeds that possess humans; and Lowji Mist, Teltina’s loyal bodyguard, who’s both smitten with the princess and constantly irritated by Togo’s natural ability to steal the spotlight.
Togo's brash personality and over-the-top powers often leave his new allies baffled. His lack of subtlety, common sense, and his tendency to obliterate enemies with excessive force frequently frustrate his teammates—especially since his habit of vaporizing monsters leaves nothing behind for them to sell. Even more bewildering to the magic-using inhabitants of this world are Togo’s non-magical transformation, weapons, and his ability to summon a giant mecha—phenomena that defy all logic in their mystical land. With plenty of action, humor, and larger-than-life heroics, this isekai adventure promises a wild ride.
